Our abattoir – tradition and modernity

We combined traditional livestock farming with modern processing. We do not burden our animals with travelling, they get into our processing plant without being in transportation. Our newly built plant follows EU standards. It is environmentally and animal-friendly and provides the most cutting-edge technology in order to produce the maximum food quality, ensure safety and sustainable farming. The heat for the plant is produced using renewable energy sources – we generate it with high efficiency wood-gas furnaces where the wood comes from our forests in the name of energy independence and environmental protection.

Our goose and duck products reach our costumers, the shelves of stores, the kitchen of restaurants and families in one piece or chopped up (thigh, breast…) in up-to-date vacuum packaging, in refrigerated or quick-frozen condition with the brand names of monGoose (goose) and monCanard (duck).
